James Cordiak

James Cordiak has extensive work experience in manufacturing and operational management. James currently works as an Associate Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Factor_. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operational Excellence at Salad and Go from 2018 to 2021, where they led company-wide process improvement initiatives. James also worked as the Director of AZ Manufacturing at RJR Technologies, Inc. from 2017 to 2018. With Intel Corporation, James held various roles including Operations Control Manager, Engineering/Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, and Industrial Engineering Group Leader. During their time at Intel, they achieved significant improvements in equipment utilization, quality standards, product yields, and labor productivity. James also played a key role in capacity planning, capital strategies, and layout planning. James began their career as an Industrial Engineer, focusing on capacity planning, labor modeling, and productivity improvement.

James Cordiak has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Bowling Green State University and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
