Lucas Erickson has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and strategy fields. Lucas is currently the Vice President of Strategy, Growth & Innovation at Factor_, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Beam Suntory as the Vice President of Global Marketing from June 2018 to March 2019, and as the Senior Marketing Director for North American Whiskey from May 2017 to June 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for P&L, strategic planning, and brand marketing for a $275M US portfolio of premium whiskey brands. Lucas also held multiple marketing roles at Wrigley from 2004 to 2017, including Marketing Director for Confections Innovation and Strategy, Gum Innovation, Senior Marketing Manager for Extra & Fun Brands, and Marketing Manager for 5 Gum. Lucas began their career as an Associate at Robert W. Baird in August 1996, working there until May 2002 in their Baird Capital Partners division.
Lucas Erickson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Marquette University from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategy & Management, Marketing at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2002 to 2004.
