Ynden Lizardo has been working in customer service for over six years. Ynden started their career as a food server at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. Ynden was responsible for serving customers with a positive and polite attitude, while also running back of the house tasks such as restocking utensils, dishes, cups, and condiments. Ynden was also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by clearing spills, messes, and dirty tables. When there was extra time, they helped run used dishes into the dishwasher and was also frequently tasked with sweeping and vacuuming the floor before closing.

In February 2021, Ynden began working as a customer service representative at Hickory Transportation Inc. Ynden was responsible for assisting customers with their transportation needs and questions. Ynden also helped to schedule and coordinate transportation services for customers. In October 2022, Ynden transitioned to their current role as a customer success specialist at Factor.io. In this role, they are responsible for helping customers to use and get the most out of the Factor.io platform. Ynden also provides customer support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
