Rik is known for their ability to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. In their current role, Rik is responsible for all aspects of production at Factory Zero, from day-to-day operations to planning and logistics. Under Rik's leadership, Factory Zero has become a well-oiled machine, with a reputation for quality products and efficient operations.

Rik Voorn received their MBA from the London Business School and their MSc in Aerospace Engineering from the Delft University of Technology. Rik also has a certification from Ngenious in Lean.
