Michael Madsen

Michael began their career in talent acquisition as an intern at Mercuri Urval, where Michael worked on recruitment strategies for the public sector. Michael then moved on to roles at expuri, Netcompany, NoA - The North Alliance, and currently at Faerch Group as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Michael has experience in creating recruitment strategies, managing onboarding processes, and conducting candidate assessments. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management Communication and a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from Aarhus University.
