Athena Lunsford has a wealth of experience in the housing industry. Athena currently holds the position of Director of Compliance at Fairfield Homes, Inc. Previously, Athena has worked as Compliance Operations Section Chief and Compliance Manager at Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Housing Specialist at Seminole County Housing Authority, and in various roles at Stark Metropolitan Housing. Athena obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Eastern Florida State College.
