Kimberly Jordan

Kimberly Jordan has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and insurance industry. Kimberly began their career at Texas Children's Hospital in 1993, where they worked as a Senior Auditor, Staff Auditor, and Audit Assistant. Kimberly then joined American General Life Companies, now a part of the AIG Family, as a Project Manager and Auditor. In 2000, they returned to Texas Children's Hospital as the Director of Compliance and Privacy, where they were recognized for the hospital's national rankings in pediatric specialties. In 2014, they served as the Director of Compliance at Baylor College of Medicine, where they managed a team and developed the annual budget. From 2015 to 2017, Kimberly worked as the System Director of Compliance and Privacy at CHRISTUS Health, a leading Catholic health system. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Fairview Health Services, a role they have been serving since February 2018.

Kimberly Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Sciences from the University of Houston.
