Janina Messinger

Janina Messinger has extensive work experience in the asset management industry. Janina currently holds the position of Vice President of Asset Management at Fairway America since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Killian Pacific from 2020 to 2022. Janina also held the role of Manager - Transaction Execution at Henley 360 / 360 Europe Asset Management from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they served as a Vice President at GRAMERCY EUROPE LIMITED from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at Peakside Capital from 2010 to 2014, and as an Associate at Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2010. Janina gained valuable experience as an MBA Summer Intern at Bank of America in 2005. Janina started their career as a Credit Portfolio Analyst at Commerzbank AG from 2000 to 2001 and as a Trainee at DZ BANK AG from 1998 to 1999.

Janina Messinger received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from Fordham University in the years 2000 to 2003. Janina then pursued further education at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General, from 2004 to 2006.
