Janice de Lima

Janice de Lima is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community reinvestment and management consulting. Currently serving as Vice President and Community Reinvestment Act Officer at Norway Savings Bank since May 2015, Janice focuses on building relationships with non-profit organizations and public sector agencies to create investment and loan opportunities. Janice also holds a position on the Falmouth Town Council and has been a Partner at B & D Management Consultants since June 2012, specializing in strategy, finance, and operations. Previous roles include Director of Supply Chain Management at L.L.Bean and Vice President of Commercial Lending at Casco Northern Bank, alongside early career experience in commercial lending at California First Bank and personnel management at Citibank, N.A. Pakistan. Janice's academic background includes degrees in Economics and Humanities from Karachi University and the University of Southern Maine, as well as a strategic planning certification from Chicago Business School.
