Fred Pucci

Fred Pucci has held various roles throughout their work experience. Fred started working at the ASX in 2003 as the Head of Legal in the Trading Department. In the same year, they founded Bligh Advisory, where they provided derivatives and debt capital markets advice to investment banks, issuers, and trustee companies. This work led him to become associated with Nomura, where they served as the Director and Co-Head of Financing in the Fixed Income department from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they joined ASIC for a brief period in the Market Supervision department. At ANZ, they held multiple roles, including Global Head of Business Practices from 2010 to 2012, Global Head of Compliance for International & Institutional Banking from 2012 to 2014, and Global Head of Compliance for Global Markets from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Keldaniel Farm as a Director. Fred then worked at Viridios Capital as Counsel from 2020 to 2021. In 2018, they began their roles at Fantom Foundation, where they served as Deputy CEO from November 2018 to February 2019, and Counsel & Advisor from June 2018 to April 2022. Fred also held the position of General Counsel from April 2022 onwards. Additionally, they worked at Trovio Group as General Counsel and Head of Compliance from May 2018 to April 2022, and as an Advisor from May 2022 to July 2022. Fred also worked as an Advisor at homium from October 2019 to April 2022.

Fred Pucci has an educational background that includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, completed during the period from 1990 to 1991. Fred also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Law from the University of Sydney, although the specific years of study are not mentioned.

In 2005, Fred Pucci pursued an Executive MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Fred completed the core coursework during the period from 2005 to 2006 while participating on a part-time basis.
