Nicholas Crosse has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nicholas began their career at Kelvin Grove Partnership, working as a Farm Hand on the family farm during school and university holidays. In this role, they gained hands-on experience completing tasks independently and learning from meetings with advisors and professionals in the field.

Moving on, Nicholas worked at Ruapehu Alpine Lifts as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where they gained experience in barista skills, front of house operations, and food preparation. Nicholas also had the opportunity to learn about various departments within the company.

Nicholas then joined Schnapps Bar as a Bar Manager, taking on the responsibility of managing staff, ordering stock, and dealing with information systems. Nicholas also received training in the kitchen.

Currently, Nicholas is working at FarmIQ Systems Ltd, where they have held various positions. Nicholas started as a Customer Service Specialist before moving up to Head of Customer Experience and then transitioning to Head of Sales & Strategic Relationships. Nicholas is currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations, overseeing customer operations within the company.
