Farina Afaq has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Farina started their career as an English Language Teacher at Japanese School Gosho Minami Shogaku from 1995 to 1997. Farina then worked as an English Language Teacher at Siddique Public School Rawalpindi Pakistan from 2007 to 2009. In 2013, they joined Al Kifah International School as an Intermediate & High School English Teacher. During their time at Al Kifah International School, they also became certified as Eleot and accredited by Advanced Ed. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a SAT Center Supervisor at College Board- ETS. In 2019, they joined FAST National University Islamabad as an ESL Lab Instructor and continued their ESL teaching career at FAST-NUCES as an ESL Instructor from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a School Principal at TPS and as a Regional Director at The Prep School. Currently, they hold the position of School Principal at American Lycetuff School, starting from May 2021.
Farina Afaq earned their M.A. in ELT (English Language Teaching) from the National University of Modern Languages from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they completed a Certificate Program in Arabic Language at the Islamic Center Hofuf Alahsa. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma- Level 3 in Japanese at the National University of Modern Languages, although the start and end years are not specified.
