Martynas Geniušas

Martynas Geniušas has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Martynas started their career as an Exchange Student in the United States through the Work and Travel program in 2016 and 2017. In 2018, they interned at Girteka Logistics before returning to the United States for another exchange program. In 2019, Martynas joined Girteka Logistics as an Assistant Commercial Manager and quickly progressed to the roles of Junior Commercial Manager and Commercial Manager. In 2020, they became a Senior Commercial Manager and in 2021, they transitioned to the Customer Care Expert role. Martynas then moved to Airwallex in 2021 as an Account Manager, where they contributed to the company's growth in global financial services. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Favro as a Key Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Key Account Manager before assuming their current position as Director, Key Account Management. In this role, Martynas oversees key accounts and plays a crucial role in the growth of the Swedish SaaS startup.

Martynas Geniušas completed their Master's degree in Electronic Business Management from Mykolas Romeris University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Martynas earned the Favro Agile Advanced certification from Broad Cove Insights in July 2022, as well as the Favro Agile Fundamentals certification, also from Broad Cove Insights, in the same month and year.
