Joseph Carrion, MPA, serves as a Senior Partnerships Manager in the Office of Partner Engagement at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since December 2011, focusing on enhancing relationships between the FBI and various law enforcement agencies. Previous roles within the FBI include Management and Program Analyst in the Counterterrorism Division, where efforts concentrated on neutralizing terror threats, and Administrative Specialist at the San Antonio Field Office, managing resources to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, Joseph contributed as a Counterterrorism Strategist at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, integrating national counterterrorism efforts. Earlier experiences include serving as Jury Administrator and Deputy Clerk in the Northern District of Florida and providing legislative support in the Florida Senate. Joseph holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
