Danielle Addleman, MA, SHRM-SCP, GPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Danielle currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Talent Management and Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where they oversee a strategic program portfolio that impacts approximately 2,000 employees across multiple offices. Danielle focuses on simplifying talent reviews, improving succession planning, and promoting internal mobility.

Prior to their current role, Danielle worked as a Senior Manager, Talent Development at the same organization. In this position, they built the development programming from the ground up and transitioned the team to a highly strategic training model. Danielle also revamped performance management processes and developed internal learning programs aligned with executive objectives.

Before joining the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Danielle served as a Manager, Consulting Learning and Development at Deloitte. Danielle managed a multimillion-dollar annual budget and designed and implemented global learning programs aimed at developing high-potential managers and senior managers within Deloitte's technology group. Danielle also led project management and ERP implementations for global client organizations.

Earlier in their career, Danielle worked as a Project MERIT - SAP Implementation consultant with the County of Marin. Danielle also held the position of IS Assistant, Applications Specialist at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, where they provided technical training, supported hardware and network issues, and transitioned the office to Microsoft Office suite.

Danielle's experience also includes working as a QA Lead Technician at Mattel Interactive, where they provided hardware support to the quality assurance lab, and serving as an intern in the Lower Press Office at The White House.

Additionally, Danielle has a background in youth leadership and served as a Youth VOTE Intern at the Youth Leadership Institute, where they supported the deployment of the YouthVOTE program in regional high schools.

Throughout their career, Danielle has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to design and implement effective learning and development programs.

Danielle Addleman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master's degree in International Policy Studies with a specialization in International Conflict Resolution and Negotiations from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Additionally, they participated in the Semester in Washington Program at The George Washington University in 1999. Danielle has also achieved several certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from HRCI, both obtained in June 2023. Danielle has also obtained the Global Talent Management Leader certification from the Talent Management Institute in August 2023. Furthermore, they hold an Expert level certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist. Danielle has also been recognized with the Deloitte Faculty Excellence award.
