Andy Vanorden

VP, Home Community Based Services at Fellowship Senior Living

Andy VanOrden is responsible for the operations management and strategic growth of Home and Community-Based Services, including hospice, private-duty homecare, concierge, care management & coordination, wellness, and therapy at home services.

As a thoughtful and dedicated leader with strong operational and tactical skills, he has successfully led his team to help grow the mission of Fellowship Senior Living and to enhance home and wellness services to benefit older adults. During the past year, Mr. VanOrden and his team grew FSL’s therapy at-home services by 200%.

Mr. VanOrden holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science with Honors from Wake Forest University, a master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He is a 2020 Fellow of the Leading Age Larry Minnix Leadership Academy and was honored by Leading Age in 2022 with the Professional Advancement Award.
