Daniel M. Fleetwood

Dr. Fleetwood received the Ph.D. degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, in 1984. He is a Professor of Electrical Engineering, Professor of Physics, and Chair of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. He was a Member (1984-1990) and Distinguished Member (1990-1999) of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, New Mexico. He is the author or coauthor of more than 275 papers on radiation effects on microelectronics, defects in microelectronic materials, and low-frequency noise. Dr. Fleetwood is a Fellow of the American Physical Society.
