Jim Waller

Jim Waller has a diverse work experience in the retail and food industry. Jim has served as a Managing Director in various companies including Fenmarc Produce, Fresh Food For Now Company, Melton Foods, and Saladworks (Samworth Brothers). Jim also worked as an Owner Director at Carisbrooke Retail Consulting, providing advisory and retail support to businesses. Additionally, they have been a Non-Executive Advisor at Avanti Blue Ltd, offering insight and support to the executive management team. Jim has held positions such as Interim Commercial Director at Sacla UK and Group Commercial Director at Carphone Warehouse. Jim gained valuable experience at Marks and Spencer, where they served as a Commercial Director overseeing strategic sourcing and managing a complex supply base. Jim began their career at Safeway as a Category Manager.

Jim Waller attended St. Aidan's C of E High School in Harrogate from 1978 to 1985. Following their high school education, they went on to study at Manchester Polytechnic from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Retail Marketing.
