Christian Wastlhuber

Christian Wastlhuber has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Senior Consultant at Kurzeja & Cie. Personnel Consulting LLC, and from 2008 to 2011 they were an HR Manager at MCGM Management Consulting Group. In 2011, they became a Manager at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search and in 2012 they became a Senior Consultant at Schlagheck Radtke Oldiges. In 2016, they were a Talent Acquisition at Allianz X, and from 2017 to 2019 they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at it-economics GmbH. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at KINEXON, and from 2022 to 2023 they were the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at FERNRIDE.

Christian Wastlhuber obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Egyptology and Near Eastern Archaeology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they obtained a Master's Degree in Egyptology, Coptology and Near Eastern Archaeology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. In 2004, they also obtained a Study Abroad Certificate in Postgraduate Egyptology from Macquarie University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Diversity Recruiting and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in December 2021, GPM Basiszertifikat from IPMA: International Project Management Association in November 2017, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in March 2018.
