Carol Fu

Carol Fu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Ferrero since December 2021, Carol previously held the position of HR Manager at IKEA from November 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, Carol worked at 耐克 in several capacities, including HRBP, Talent Development Specialist, and Sr. HR Advisor from August 2013 to June 2019. Carol's earlier career includes roles at Honeywell as an Admin Assistant from September 2007 to December 2011, and at Carrier Corporation as Assistant to the BD Director from 2005 to 2007. Educationally, Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Fudan University, which was completed between 2001 and 2005.
