Leonardo Silva

Leonardo Silva has a diverse work experience across various companies. Leonardo began their career as a Lawyer at Dannemann Siemsen in 2000 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Legal Manager at Merck. Leonardo then joined Takeda in 2011 as a Compliance Director, where they were responsible for compliance program development and implementation. In 2015, Leonardo became the Head of Compliance at Acino International AG. Leonardo later joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 2016 as the Global Compliance Officer. In 2019, they took on the role of Chief Compliance and Global Data Protection Officer at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, Leonardo was appointed as the Vice President, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at Ferring Pharmaceuticals in April 2022.

Leonardo Silva completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in the years 1998-2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate/Commercial law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) during 2005-2006. Recently, in 2021-2022, they attended INSEAD where they obtained a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations (TGM).
