Purvi Tailor

Purvi Tailor is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in various high-profile roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the VP Head of Human Resources at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Purvi has previously held significant positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Head of HR for both North America Medical Devices and US Strategic Customer Group. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at American Express, focusing on HR Business Partnerships across global consumer services, small business initiatives, and finance. Purvi also contributed to Riskmetrics Group as a Partner in Brand Marketing & Communications and began a career at JP Morgan, advancing from HR Generalist to Manager of International Compensation & Benefits. Purvi holds an MS in Social Work from Columbia University and a BA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan.
