Job description

As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will be the face of FiberFirst, directly engaging with potential customers in their homes to introduce our state-of-the-art FIA, VOIP, and IPTV services. Your mission will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales orders at the door. This role is perfect for a proactive and driven individual looking to make a significant impact in the telecommunications landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door visits in designated residential areas to introduce FiberFirst products and services.

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their internet and entertainment needs, providing customized product recommendations.

  • Demonstrate the benefits and value of FiberFirst's FIA, VOIP, and IPTV offerings.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas through effective customer interaction and sales techniques.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.

  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and service activation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

  • Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Basic technical understanding of internet, VOIP, and IPTV technologies and services.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
