Willie Porter

Willie Porter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as a District Manager at ARAMARK since January 2004, Willie oversees internal training and recruitment programs for a staff of 75, covering various roles from entry-level to management. In addition, Willie has held the position of Director of Housekeeping Operations at The Field Museum since 2006, and was previously the Facility Management Director at Chicago Public Schools from August 2004 to January 2006. Willie's earlier career includes managerial roles at Sodexo, where responsibilities included Senior Area Manager and Manager of Engineering. Willie holds multiple degrees from Roosevelt University, including a Masters of Arts in Training and Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
