Brittany Preseau has over 10 years of professional experience. Brittany began their career in 2011 at Thomson Reuters as a Technical Consultant, Technical Trainer, Product Support Representative - Level II, and Business/Technology Intern. In 2016, they were promoted to Professional Services Manager, where they led a team of experienced consultants, with a focus on OKRs and increasing NPS. Brittany also innovated on new customer offerings and saw them through to market launch, making data-driven decisions using analytics. In 2021, they joined Fieldguide as the Director of Customer Success, having previously held the roles of Senior Manager and Customer Success Manager.

Brittany Preseau obtained their Diploma from L'Anse Creuse High School - North in 2007. Brittany then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business from Wayne State University, which they completed in 2011. In 2015, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Analytics from the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business. In addition, Preseau has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and edX, including Learning Security Frameworks, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, The Five Conversations That Deliver Accountability and Performance, The Sweet Spot: How to Accomplish More by Doing Less, DAT207x: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI, and edX Verified Certificate for Data Science Orientation.
