Janelle Tucker has extensive experience in customer experience and project management, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience at Fifth Third Bank since April 2003. Over the years, Janelle has held various leadership positions including SVP of Bancorp Payment Operations and VP of Commercial IT Planning and Control, demonstrating expertise in client satisfaction, team building, and operational improvement. Janelle has effectively collaborated with Treasury Management and IT teams to develop strategies for product evolution and service enhancement. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Process Improvement and Senior Software Engineer at Cintech Solutions, showcasing a strong background in software development and project management.
