Tiffany Ulbing, CEBS has over 20 years of experience in the field of employee benefits and financial wellness programs. Tiffany currently serves as the Client Success Director at Financial Finesse, a company dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial security and independence. In this role, Tiffany works with clients to customize and deliver unbiased financial wellness programs to their employees. Prior to their current position, Tiffany held various leadership roles at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), including Director of Education and Outreach. Tiffany also served as the Benefits Manager at Clifton Gunderson LLP and as a Benefits Analyst at Mercer Health & Benefits. Tiffany's extensive experience in employee benefits management and financial consulting make their a valuable asset in helping organizations enhance their employees' financial well-being.

Tiffany Ulbing, CEBS, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field of employee benefits. Tiffany received a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in June 2014. In May 2013, they earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from The Wharton School. Furthermore, they obtained a certification titled "Evidence, Insight and Strategy for Optimizing Health Benefits" from Harvard Medical School in May 2018.
