The board of directors at FINRA has a long history of experience in the financial industry. The current board is made up of Chief Executive Officer at Context Capital Partners, President and CEO at Convergex, Executive Vice President at Nasdaq, Assistant Vice-President at Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Independent Director at United Community Bank, Public Board Governor at FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), Executive-in-Residence at Christopher Newport University, and Independent Director at Freddie Mac. All of these members have significant experience in finance and hold high-level positions within their companies.
