Jenna Lemmon

Jenna Lemmon has a diverse work experience in the credit union industry. Jenna began their career at E&A Credit Union as a Member Service Specialist, assisting members with account needs and cross-selling loan products. Jenna then moved on to become a Virtual Branch Specialist, handling inbound calls, loan processing, and troubleshooting. Jenna was recognized for their exceptional sales performance and achieving loan growth and referral goals.

Following their time at E&A Credit Union, Jenna joined Advia Credit Union as a Consumer Loan Underwriter. Here, they gained experience in analyzing credit and mitigating risk. Jenna also played a crucial role in creating lending department goals and guidelines, monitoring performance measures, and coaching fellow employees.

Jenna then joined Community Choice Credit Union as a Senior Credit Analyst, where they implemented efficiencies and created a credit analyst training program. Jenna trained new credit analysts and coordinated job shadows within the lending department.

Currently, Jenna is working at Financial Plus Credit Union as the Lending Manager. Jenna previously served as the Assistant Lending Manager and was later promoted to Director of Consumer Lending.

Jenna Lemmon's education history starts in 2013 when they attended the University of Lending. There, they obtained a degree in Lending. In 2014, they enrolled in the Advanced Lending Institute and earned a certification as a Lending Expert.
