Lily Chen is a software engineer with experience in developing geo-spatial widgets, web-based security tools, document management systems, and J2EE-based solutions. With a strong background in using technologies such as ESRI GIS, JAVA, FLEX, and various GIS platforms, Lily has worked in companies like General Dynamics, Bastion Technologies, and SAIC/Army.
