Scott F. Murray

Scott F. Murray has an extensive work experience in various roles within the intelligence and defense sectors. Scott F. currently works as the SVP, Mission Programs at Finch Computing since March 2023. Before that, they held executive positions at Babel Street, serving as the EVP, DoD Portfolio from April 2019 to January 2022, and as the EVP, DoD & International Accounts from April 2018 to April 2019. Scott F. also held the role of SVP, Strategic Accounts (International and USAF) from November 2017 to April 2018, and VP, Air Force & Department of Energy Programs from February 2017 to November 2017. In 2016, they were the President/CEO of PID Solutions, LLC. Prior to that, they served as the Special Assistant to the Commander at the United States Air Force from May 2015 to December 2015. From 2013 to 2015, they held the position of Director of Intelligence (A2) at Air Forces Central Command. Scott F. also worked as the Special Assistant to the Director at the Defense Intelligence Agency from August 2012 to May 2013. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Special Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance at the U.S. Air Force from December 2008 to July 2012, and as the Director of Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance at ISAF Joint Command from December 2011 to June 2012.

Scott F. Murray's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the United States Air Force Academy, obtained from 1983 to 1987. Scott F. also completed a Master of Arts degree in Ethics & Public Policy at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1995 to 1997. In 2002 to 2003, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Military History with an emphasis on Airpower at the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, Air University. Lastly, in 2006 to 2007, they attended Stanford University as a National Security Affairs Fellow, focusing on China, Iran, and Intelligence Reform Policy.
