Dmytro Sadykov

Dmytro Sadykov has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Dmytro is currently employed as the Head of the Financial Order Department at Finmap.online. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at a Manufacturer of stretch ceilings.

From 2020 to 2022, Dmytro held the position of Chief Business Development Officer at LuxeForm, where they successfully launched a B2B portal, resulting in a 68% conversion rate of orders through the website.

Before that, from 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Director at GigaTrans, where they implemented a new sales strategy, developed the Carrier relations Department, and improved the CRM system and business processes of the company.

From 2015 to 2017, Dmytro was the Head of Representative Office at Wnet, where they established a sales department from scratch and increased branch sales by 92%.

Dmytro also has experience as the Director Of Corporate Sales at Allo, where they managed a team of B2B sellers and increased department sales by 150%. Additionally, they held the role of Corporate Sales Expert at lifecell Ukraine and served as the Head of Direct Sales Team at Telesystems of Ukraine (PEOPLEnet).

Dmytro Sadykov obtained a Specialist degree in Psychology from Dnipro National University from the years 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Construction of telecommunication systems from Dnipro College of Radioelectronics from 1997 to 2001. Later, they completed their Master's degree in Radio Physics and Electronics from Dnipro National University spanning from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Business Development Director from Laba in January 2021.
