Jannica Björklund

Jannica Björklund has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jannica has worked as a Compensation & Benefits Lead and People Data & Reporting Lead at Finnair, where they were responsible for managing and developing compensation and benefits processes, as well as producing and delivering people/resource reports. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Controller at Bladefence and CGI, where they handled budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Additionally, they have experience as a Finance Administrator at Wihuri Oy Aarnio Metro-tukku and Dasos Capital Ltd, where they were involved in accounting, reporting, and administrative tasks. Jannica has also worked as a Sales Representative at Sanoma and gained experience in customer service and sales. Additionally, they have held positions as an Accountant, Invoice Clerk, and Warehouse Worker in various organizations. Early in their career, they worked as a Sports Coach, gaining leadership experience and honing their planning and organizational skills.

Jannica Björklund pursued their education starting from 2009 with a Safety Course from Maanpuolustuskoulutusyhdistys MPK. In 2011, they obtained another certification called Age Controller / Ikärajapassi from Päivittäistavarakauppa ry. Moving on to their higher education, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Later, in 2014, Jannica Björklund briefly studied at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, specializing in Operations Management and Supervision within their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Lastly, in 2017, they enrolled in the Estonian Business School, where they completed their Master of Arts in Social Sciences (M.A.) in Organizational Change and Leadership in 2019.
