Lyn Greenspan has held various senior positions in revenue cycle management and customer experience services. Lyn began their career at IDX Systems in 2001 as a Manager in Group Practice - Application Support Services. Lyn then moved to GE Healthcare, where they held positions as Manager in Revenue Cycle Management Ambulatory - Implementation Services from 2005 to 2008 and later as Senior Director in Revenue Cycle Management Ambulatory Support Services from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined MedAssets as VP in Revenue Cycle Management Customer Experience - E2E and remained there until 2018. From 2016 to 2018, Lyn served as VP in Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Experience - Claims and Billing Operations at nThrive. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in Revenue Cycle Management Enablement & Customer Experience Services at FinThrive since October 2018.

Lyn Greenspan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology from Northern Vermont University. Lyn has obtained certifications including Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from HFMA, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Level II from GE HealthCare.
