Richard Oates

Richard Oates has worked in various roles since 2011. Richard began their career as a Private Instructor at Nantucket Community Sailing in 2011. In 2015, they became a Software Engineer at the Dicarlo Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 2017, they Co-Founded VRemedy Labs. Since 2018, they have held the roles of Associate Game Director and Software Engineer at Fire Hose Games.

Richard Oates obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2014 and 2018. Richard also holds certifications from the American Red Cross for CPR/AED & First Aid, as well as a Sailing Instructor Level 1 certification from US Sailing.
