Graham Ellis is a seasoned professional in regulatory research and product safety, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Research and Innovation at Firmenich since December 2018, where leadership includes overseeing global regulatory teams for Taste&Beyond and product innovation, safety, and compliance. Previously, Graham held the role of Senior Director of Product Safety, Global Ingredient Registrations, and Biodiversity at Firmenich SA, leading efforts in product safety and environmental safety across various business sectors. Earlier experience includes toxicology consultancy at SAltTo and leading global toxicology and ingredient registration at Givaudan, along with a managerial position at Unilever. Graham holds a Master of Science in Toxicology from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Chemistry from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
