Daina Troupe

Daina Troupe is the VP of Operations - Transformation and Business Process Improvement at First Advantage. Prior to this, Troupe held the position of Vice President - Agile Transformation Leader National IT at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Troupe has extensive experience in continuous process improvement, organizational change management, and workforce diversity and mobility. With a background in Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, and technology, Troupe has led numerous strategic initiatives and project teams throughout their career. Troupe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
