Michael Deye is currently the Director of Brand and Digital Strategy at Procter & Gamble's Specialty Beauty division since May 2012. Michael has extensive experience in global brand strategy, brand building, media, performance marketing, growth marketing, and new ventures. Prior to their current role, Michael held positions at Procter & Gamble in various senior marketing and brand management roles, where Michael led innovative strategies for brands such as SK-II and Secret Deodorants. Michael also has experience in brand and business purchases, leading global teams in sourcing strategies for various IT and digital solutions. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Louis University. Currently, Michael serves as the Manager of Brand & Business Purchases at First Aid Beauty since March 2020.
