Cris Kardos

Christopher Kardos is an experienced professional in the field of information security, currently serving as the Senior Corporate Security Manager for Threat Management at First Horizon Bank since December 2017. Under Kardos' leadership, the bank developed an information security program that earned recognition from Forbes in 2023 as the 25th most cybersecure company in the United States. Prior to this role, Kardos was the Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager and Vice President at Capital Bank, where compliance with regulatory guidelines and the implementation of an information security program were key responsibilities. Kardos holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a specialty in Information Assurance and Security, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Capella University, along with an Associate of Science in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University.
