Jeremiah Heitert

Jeremiah Heitert has a diverse work experience in the field of operations engineering. Jeremiah started their career at Quickplay in 2020 as an Operations Engineer / Network Administrator, where they provided tier 1 support for networking incidents and managed the Infoblox virtual networking solution. Jeremiah also expanded the network based on team requests and needs. Jeremiah then joined AT&T in 2014 as an Operations Engineer, where they utilized tools like New Relic and Azure to monitor backbone infrastructure health. Jeremiah also onboarded and troubleshooted Video on Demand content for the U-Verse platform and worked with B2B customers to resolve issues in real-time. Prior to that, Jeremiah worked at Quickplay Media Limited as a Content Analyst from 2013 to 2014, where they conducted application testing for quality assurance, created analytic reports for customer use and system health monitoring, and managed a variety of devices.

Jeremiah Heitert completed an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Grossmont College from the years 2012 to 2016. After that, they pursued further education and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Grossmont College between 2018 and 2022. Jeremiah then continued their studies and is currently attending San Diego State University where they are expected to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science between the years 2022 and 2024.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Jeremiah has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received certifications in "Leading with Innovation" and "Ethical Hacking: Viruses and Worms" from LinkedIn. Jeremiah also acquired certifications in "Project Management: Preventing Scope Creep" and "CompTIA Network+ (N10-007) Cert Prep: 1 Understanding Networks" in the same year, also from LinkedIn.
