Rebecca Palser

Rebecca Palser is currently the General Manager of Global Intelligence at FiscalNote, overseeing the consolidation of Dragonfly, FrontierView, Oxford Analytica, Risk Connector, and Predata into a single business. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as the COO of Dragonfly and the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at The Risk Advisory Group. Rebecca also has experience as the Global Product Director for LUMA, Head of the Asia Office in Hong Kong, and various roles in Business Intelligence practice. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, along with several postgraduate diplomas in Management Studies and Legal Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Italian.
