Dawn Wadeson

Dawn Wadeson has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they served as the Global Head of People at FitFlop. Prior to that, they were a member at CultureBrained®. Dawn also held the role of Head of People, Culture & Inclusion at Bother, where they played a crucial role in driving people, culture, and DEIB strategies. Earlier in their career, they worked at PaperCut Software as a People Experience Lead and Advocate. Dawn also gained valuable human resources experience at Salesforce, where they held various roles, including Lead HR Specialist and Senior HR Specialist. Dawn took a career break to travel through Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. Additionally, Dawn worked as a Resourcer/Recruitment Administrator at Randstad Australia Pty Ltd and as a Recruitment Consultant at Venn Group.
