Jessica Amortegui

Jessica Amortegui is an experienced professional in the fields of organizational development and leadership, currently serving as a Mentor at First Round Capital since February 2023 and as Global VP, People at Fivetran since August 2025. Previous roles include VP of People Partner, Org Capability & Talent Development at Moloco, and Head of Leadership and Culture at Airtable, where responsibilities encompassed learning and development, talent management, DEI, and employee experience. Additional experience includes leadership positions at LinkedIn, Logitech, VMware, Nike, L Brands, and IBM. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Dartmouth College, a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and is pursuing a degree in Executive Coaching focused on Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University.
