Theodoros Zoumpoulidis

Theodoros Zoumpoulidis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Theodoros is currently working as a Sr. Project Manager at Fizyr, a leading pick & place vision software company in logistics. Prior to that, they served as an Engineering Manager at Iszgro Diodes for over 9 years. In this role, they were responsible for planning and coordinating sensor production operations, overseeing projects and project deliverables, and leading the engineering team during new product introduction and yield stabilization. Theodoros also handled escalations, negotiated contracts, and collaborated with customer sourcing managers. Additionally, they worked as a Process Engineer at Iszgro Diodes for a period of 4 years.

Before joining Iszgro Diodes, Theodoros worked as a PhD researcher at the Technische Universiteit Delft, where they conducted research for a period of 5 years. Theodoros also gained research experience at Philips and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they worked as a Researcher for 8 months and Scientific Researcher for 2 months, respectively.

Furthermore, Theodoros has experience in the aerospace industry, having worked as a Management Intern and Test Engineer at Airbus, as well as a Research Assistant at TUTECH INNOVATION GMBH. Theodoros also gained experience as a Student Researcher at RWTH Aachen University, where they developed a control system for a robotic gripper using image processing and neural networks.

Theodoros Zoumpoulidis has an extensive education history. Theodoros started by attending Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, they pursued further studies at RWTH Aachen University in 2001 and 2002, focusing on their Graduation Thesis. In 2002, Zoumpoulidis also completed a practical training program at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University through an IAESTE Scholarship.

Continuing their academic journey, Zoumpoulidis attended NIT Northern Institute of Technology Management from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an MBA degree in Technology Management. Concurrently, they enrolled in Hamburg University of Technology during the same period, obtaining an MSc degree in Microelectronics and Microsystems.

Zoumpoulidis further advanced their education by pursuing a PhD in Microsystems and Nanoelectronics at Delft University of Technology from 2005 to 2010. Although the exact field of study for each degree is unknown, it can be inferred that their educational background primarily revolves around electrical engineering, microelectronics, technology management, and nanoelectronics based on the degree names and the universities they attended.
