Padmaja Gaddam

Padmaja Gaddam, CSM, is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Flagstar Bank since June 2020, Padmaja has previously held key positions such as Sr. IT Consultant at Synaptiq LLC for Southwest Airlines and Sr. IT Project Manager at Mr. Cooper. With significant experience at Southwest Airlines in various roles, including Sr. BA/QA Lead Consultant, Padmaja has also worked at J.P. Morgan and the San Antonio Water System in analytical and quality assurance capacities.
