Baili Valencia is currently the Team Manager in Customer Success at Fello. Prior to this role, Baili worked as a Customer Success Manager at Latchel and Rent Dynamics. With a Bachelor's degree from Utah State University, Baili has a wealth of experience in customer success management and different roles within the real estate industry. Baili has also pursued additional education through Coursera to further enhance their skills.
