Kaitlyn Debelak

Kaitlyn Debelak has a solid work history with experience in various roles and companies. Kaitlyn is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at Fello since December 2023. Prior to that, they were an Advisory Board Member at Ashland University Women in Leadership Program. Kaitlyn has also worked at Aware as the VP of Customer Success, where they played a significant role in establishing the Customer Success function and building its components. Before joining Aware, they worked at Nationwide Insurance in multiple roles, including Technical Business Lead, IT Organizational Change Manager, and Senior User Interface Designer. Kaitlyn also served as a Senior UX Designer and Team Lead at Cardinal Solutions Group and as a UI/Web Developer at The McGraw Hill Companies.

Kaitlyn Debelak holds a BA degree in Communication Technology with a minor in UX Design from The Ohio State University.
