In 2008, they received an Effective Coaching & Feedback qualification from American Express In House Qualification.

Continuing their education, in 2009, they enrolled in General Electric In House Qualification and completed Commercial Sales Competencies & Sales Effectiveness (Application of Social Styles) program. Moses also accomplished GE SimpLean Leader Training which focused on Process Improvement during the same year.

Throughout their education, Moses specialized in various fields such as Selling Skills and Sales Operations, Telecommunications Management, and Process Improvement.
