Jorge Martinez Beas

Jorge Martinez Beas has extensive experience in the wind energy sector, specializing in blade repair and inspection. Currently working at Flex Wind since July 2022 as a blade repair rope access offshore technician, Jorge handles blade repair categories 2-3 and cosmetic work. Previous roles include serving on a rescue team at La Línea Vertical in March-May 2023 and leading a team for blade repair at Muehlhan Wind from April to October 2021, focusing on categories 3 and 5. Additional experience includes erosion repair with ASAKEN ROPE ACCESS in Uruguay and conducting blade inspections at Iberican Rope Access Technique. Jorge holds an ESO degree from Salesians Horta, attained between 2003 and 2006.
