Kyra Pope

Kyra Pope, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at FlexCare Infusion Centers since February 2024. With an extensive background in human resources, Kyra has held significant roles including President Elect and Executive Board Member for Membership at the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society, achieving a 32% membership growth. Prior experience includes serving as a People Partner at Burkland, where leadership in people operations supported several high-growth startups, and as HR Manager at ELSR MANAGEMENT, where talent acquisition strategies were implemented. Kyra's earlier roles include support at Sodexo and CACI International Inc., with education credentials comprising a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University and an Associate of Arts from Northeast Lakeview College.
